Job Description

We are seeking to hire a Registered Nurse available to work ideally from 10 to 20 hours per week! The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to assigned patients into an in-home care set-up and to sign up new clients referred to our agency by different referral sources.

Responsibilities:

• Providing visits to in-home care patients
• Providing assessments and re-assessments to our clients
• Signing up new clients
• Care for ill, injured, or convalescing clients
• Provide basic patient care and treatment.
• Participate and help with our biweekly in-house training for our caregivers and CNA’s.
• Collaborate under supervision of a Nurse or Doctor to provide in-home care.
• Educate and update patients on medical treatments and sometimes accompany them to Dr appointments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in nursing facilities or home health is a plus.
• Experience and expertise in sales, ideally within the healthcare industry, is a plus.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Empathy and understanding for the aging population and their families, and a passion for improving their quality of life.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and establish long-term relationships with both clients and referral sources.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize activities to maximize effectiveness.
• An ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate.
